Welcome to Nana’s Quest! This Vendor Agreement outlines the responsibilities, fees, and policies for sellers (“vendors”) on our platform. By registering as a vendor, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.

1. Vendor Responsibilities
As a vendor on Nana’s Quest, you agree to:
- Provide Accurate Listings: Clearly describe your products, including specifications, materials, and potential variations.
- Fulfill Orders Promptly: Ship orders in a timely manner and provide tracking updates when necessary.
- Maintain Quality Standards: Ensure all products meet quality and safety standards in compliance with Australian regulations.
- Handle Customer Inquiries: Respond promptly and professionally to buyer questions, concerns, and refund/return requests.
- Comply with Refund/Return Policies: Adhere to your stated return policy and Australian Consumer Law for refunds, replacements, and repairs.
2. Commission Fees and Payment Methods
Nana’s Quest uses a fair and transparent fee structure to support platform maintenance and services.
A. Special Launch Offer (Valid Until 31 March 2025)
- Listing Fee: FREE (normally $0.20 AUD per item).
- Transaction Fee: 2.5% of the item’s sale price (normally 5%).
- Payment Processing Fee: 2.9% + $0.30 AUD per transaction.
B. Standard Fee Structure (Effective 1 April 2025)
- Listing Fee: $0.20 AUD per item listed, active for 4 months. Auto-renew options available.
- Transaction Fee: 5% of the item’s sale price, including shipping fees.
- Payment Processing Fee: 2.9% + $0.30 AUD per transaction.
Example Calculation:
For a $50 AUD item:
- Listing Fee: $0.20 AUD
- Transaction Fee: $2.50 AUD
- Payment Processing Fee: $1.75 AUD
- Net Payout: $45.55 AUD
3. Fabric-for-Cash Payment Option
Vendors can choose to redeem a portion of their earnings in fabric instead of cash to support their crafting needs.
- Availability: This option is ideal for vendors looking to reinvest in their craft.
- Cash-Out Fee: A 5% processing fee applies to fabric redemptions.
- Minimum Redemption Threshold: A minimum amount may be required to ensure efficient processing.
4. Payout Schedule and Methods
Nana’s Quest ensures timely and secure payouts.
- Weekly Payouts: Earnings are transferred to your nominated bank account on a weekly basis.
- Negative Balances: If your balance is negative at month-end, you will receive an invoice with the outstanding amount, payable within 14 days.
5. Compliance and Termination
Vendors must adhere to platform policies and Australian Consumer Law. Non-compliance may result in account suspension or termination.
Grounds for Termination:
- Policy Violations: Listing prohibited items, misuse of customer data, or non-compliance with refund policies.
- Performance Issues: Consistently negative reviews, late shipments, or unprofessional communication.
If your account is terminated, Nana’s Quest will process any pending payments or refunds in accordance with platform policies.

Try to resolve disputes directly with buyers. If unresolved, Nana’s Quest can mediate to reach a fair solution.
