No, signing up as a buyer or vendor is completely free.

For Buyers

How do I browse products?

Explore our Discover Unique Finds section, filter by artisan, or use the search bar to find specific products.

Do I need an account to shop?

Yes, a free Nana’s Quest account is required for purchasing and order tracking.

Can I learn more about the artisans?

Absolutely! Each vendor has a profile page with their story, inspirations, and product listings.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept credit/debit cards and secure payments via WooPayments/Stripe.

What is the return policy?

Each vendor sets their own return policy. Check the seller’s profile and product listings for details.

What if I receive a damaged product?

Contact the vendor within 14 days of delivery. If unresolved, reach out to Nana’s Quest Support for mediation.

For Vendors

How do I become a vendor?

Register through the Vendor Registration page, complete your profile, and start listing products.

Are There Any Selling Fees?

Fee-Free Extension: Listing fees remain waived until June 2025—no cost to list your products!
Reduced Transaction Fees: Vendors currently benefit from a lower platform fee of just 2.5% per sale (normally 5%).
Payment Processing Fees: A standard 2.9% + $0.30 AUD per transaction applies.

Future Updates: Once the promotional period ends, standard platform fees will apply.

How do I set up my shop?

The Vendor Dashboard allows you to:

  • Upload product images
  •  Set prices and descriptions
  • Manage orders and customer interactions

Can I sell digital products?

Yes! Digital goods like eBooks, printables, and patterns are accepted if they align with handmade or artisan themes.

How do I get paid?

Payouts are processed weekly via your nominated bank account after applicable fees.

What if a buyer requests a refund?

Follow your listed return policy. Under Australian Consumer Law, refunds are required for faulty or misrepresented products.

Can I offer free shipping?

Yes! Configure shipping options, including free shipping, in the Vendor Dashboard.

What happens if my account is suspended?

Suspensions occur due to policy violations. Contact Nana’s Quest Support to resolve the issue.

How does the ‘Fabric-for-Cash’ option work?

Vendors can redeem earnings for fabric instead of cash. A 5% processing fee applies.

Can I deactivate my shop?

Yes. Vendors can pause or close their shop anytime through the dashboard.

Shipping and Delivery

Who handles shipping?

Vendors ship directly to buyers. Each order may arrive in multiple packages if purchasing from different vendors.

Can I track my order?

If the vendor provides tracking details, you can view them in Order History.

Are there international shipping options?

Some vendors offer international shipping. Check product listings for details.

Giving Back

What is the Giving Back program?

Nana’s Quest partners with charities, allowing artisans to donate handmade goods for community support.

How can I support a charity?

  • Donate directly to partnered charities on our platform

Can I nominate a charity?

Yes! Apply through the Become a Charity Partner page.
