Founder Member Pricing (First 50 Members)
As a thank-you to our earliest supporters, the first 50 vendors to join Nana’s Quest as Founder Members will enjoy 12 months of exclusive discounted rates:
- Listing Fee: FREE (normally $0.20 AUD per item listed, active for 4 months).
- Transaction Fee: FREE (normally 2.5% of the item’s sale price).
- Payment Processing Fee: 2.9% + $0.30 AUD per transaction (unchanged).
This special pricing is valid for the first 12 months from your registration date as a Founder Member. After this period, the Standard Fee Structure will apply.
Standard Fee Structure (Effective After 12 Months or for New Vendors)
For vendors joining after the first 50 members or once the Founder Member period ends, the following standard rates will apply:
- Listing Fee: $0.20 AUD per item listed (active for 4 months, with auto-renew options available).
- Transaction Fee: 2.5% of the item’s sale price.
- Payment Processing Fee: 2.9% + $0.30 AUD per transaction.
Example Calculation (Standard Pricing)
For a $50 AUD item:
- Listing Fee: $0.20 AUD
- Transaction Fee: $1.25 AUD (2.5%)
- Payment Processing Fee: $1.75 AUD (2.9% + $0.30 AUD)
- Net Payout: $46.80 AUD
Secure Payment Processing
Your transactions are handled securely, with no hidden fees:
- Processing Fee: 2.9% + $0.30 AUD per transaction.
- Currency Conversion Fee: 2.5% for international orders requiring currency conversion.
Optional Advertising Fees
Boost your product’s visibility with targeted advertising options:
- On-Platform Ads: Highlight your products in Nana’s Quest search results. Fees vary based on exposure level.
- Offsite Ads (Coming Soon): Promote your products on partner websites. Fees are based on sales generated.
Fabric Cash-Out Option
For artisans who prefer materials over cash payouts, Nana’s Quest offers a fabric redemption option:
- Processing Fee: 5% of the cash-out value.
- Minimum Redemption: A minimum threshold applies to ensure smooth processing.
Monthly Billing & Statements
We simplify financial management for artisans:
- Automatic Deductions: Fees are deducted directly from your sales.
- Negative Balances: Outstanding balances are invoiced and due by the 1st of the following month.
- Detailed Statements: Access a monthly breakdown of fees, earnings, and transactions via your Payment Account Dashboard.
