Vendors

Vendors must register and agree to the Vendor Agreement before listing products. Accounts may be subject to approval.

Vendors must comply with Australian Consumer Law and provide accurate, honest product descriptions.

3. Fees

Nana’s Quest aims to keep fees transparent and fair. Current fee structures, including any promotional or Founder Member offers, are outlined on the Fees & Payments page.

Fees may change over time, and updated pricing will apply moving forward once changes are communicated.

4. Orders & Shipping

Buyers must provide accurate shipping details at checkout.

Vendors are responsible for setting shipping costs, outlining delivery options, and fulfilling orders in a reasonable timeframe.

Nana’s Quest acts as the platform connecting buyers and sellers. Products are shipped directly by vendors.

5. Refunds & Returns

Nana’s Quest operates under Australian Consumer Law. Vendors must honour their stated policies and provide remedies for faulty, unsafe, or misrepresented products.

Buyers and sellers should first communicate directly. Nana’s Quest may assist where needed.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following are not permitted on Nana’s Quest:

• Listing counterfeit, illegal, or unsafe products
• Spam, harassment, abusive or discriminatory behaviour
• Misrepresentation of products or intellectual property
• Any activity that breaches Australian law

Accounts found to be in violation may be suspended or permanently removed.

7. Intellectual Property

Content on Nana’s Quest, including branding, images, and text, belongs to Nana’s Quest or its licensors. It may not be copied or reused without permission.

Vendors retain ownership of their own product content but grant Nana’s Quest permission to display it on the platform.
