We believe makers should know what they are paying, when fees apply, and how their payout is calculated before they make a sale.

Fees & Payments FAQ

Quick answers for sellers.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. Nana’s Quest is committed to transparent fees. Seller fees are listed here and should also be visible through relevant dashboard or account areas.

When are fees deducted?

Listing fees are deducted when an item is listed. Transaction and payment processing fees are deducted when a sale is completed.

How do I track my fees and payouts?

Your Payment Account Dashboard or Vendor Dashboard provides a breakdown of sales, fees, earnings, and payout activity.

What if my payout is delayed?

Check that your payment details are correct and that any account verification steps are complete. New sellers may experience longer first-payout timing for security checks.
