Your account keeps your shop, orders, and earnings safe. A few simple habits will help you stay secure and in control.
Fast version
Stay secure in a few steps
- Use a strong password you do not use anywhere else
- Keep your login details private
- Use your correct email address
- Reset your password if you forget it
- Contact support if something feels wrong
Keep it simple: protect your login, and everything else follows.
Slow version
Let’s walk through it properly
Logging in
To access your shop, go to the login page and enter your email and password.
If your details are correct, you’ll be taken straight into your account and dashboard.
Your password
Your password protects your shop, your messages, and your earnings.
Try to use a password that is:
- Long (at least 8-12 characters)
- A mix of letters, numbers, and symbols
- Not used on other websites
You do not need to make it complicated – just something strong and unique to you.
Lost password
If you forget your password, use the Lost password link on the login page.
You’ll be asked to enter your email, and you’ll receive a link to reset your password.
Check your inbox (and spam folder if needed).
Your account email
Your email is important. It’s used for:
- Logging in
- Receiving order notifications
- Password resets
- Important updates
Make sure your email is correct and one you can access easily.
Suspicious activity
If something does not feel right, trust that feeling.
Examples might include:
- You cannot log in when you normally can
- Changes you did not make
- Messages or activity you do not recognise
If this happens:
- Reset your password immediately
- Contact Nana’s Quest support
Never share your password
Your password should only be known by you.
Nana’s Quest will never ask for your password.
Payment safety
Payments on Nana’s Quest are handled securely through trusted systems like Stripe.
- Do not accept payments outside the platform
- Keep all transactions within Nana’s Quest
- Be cautious of unusual payment requests
A gentle note
You do not need to be technical to stay safe.
A strong password, a trusted email, and a bit of awareness go a long way.
