Your dashboard is your home base. This is where you see your sales, track your progress, and manage your shop – all in one place.
Fast version
Quick overview
- Balance available – What you can request for payout
- Earnings this month – What you’ve made so far
- Orders (30 days) – Recent activity
- Items sold – How many pieces you’ve sold
- Stripe status – Whether you’re set up to get paid
- Quick buttons – Jump to listings, orders, payouts, and settings
That’s it. Check your numbers, then head to listings or orders to keep things moving.

Let’s walk through it properly
Balance available
This is the amount of money currently available for payout. It only includes completed orders that have passed any processing or review stages.
If this shows $0.00, it usually means:
- You haven’t made a sale yet
- Your order is still processing
- Your payout hasn’t been approved yet
Earnings this month
This shows how much you’ve earned in the current month. It helps you track progress and build momentum over time.
Think of this as your “this month so far” number – not your lifetime earnings.
Orders (last 30 days)
This shows how many orders included your products in the last 30 days.
Even if a customer bought from multiple vendors, your dashboard will only show orders that include your items.
Items sold (last 30 days)
This is the number of individual products you’ve sold – not orders.
Example:
- 1 order with 3 items = 1 order, 3 items sold
Pinned note
This is a gentle reminder space – a little grounding message while you work.
Nana’s Quest is built to be calm and steady. One listing at a time. One order at a time.
Stripe status
This tells you whether your payment system is connected.
- Not connected – You won’t receive payouts yet
- Connected – You’re ready to get paid
To connect, go to Shop Settings and follow the Stripe setup.

These are your shortcuts so you don’t have to hunt around:
- Add listing – Create a new product
- View orders – See and manage orders
- Payouts – Request your earnings
- Shop settings – Update your shop and payment details
- My account page – Your personal account details
A gentle note
If everything feels slow at the beginning, that’s normal. Every shop starts at zero.
Focus on:
- Creating clear listings
- Adding good photos
- Sharing your products where you can
