Slow version
Let’s walk through your orders properly
Order number
Each order has its own number (for example: #3374). This helps you and the customer refer to the same order if needed.
Date
This shows when the order was placed. It helps you manage your processing time and dispatch schedule.
Status
The status tells you what stage the order is in.
- Processing – The order has been placed and needs to be prepared
- Fulfilled – The item has been packed and sent
Ship to
This is the customer’s delivery address. Always double-check this before posting.
Your items
This shows exactly what the customer purchased from your shop.
Remember: a customer may buy from multiple vendors, but you will only see your items here.
Your sales (estimate)
This is your estimated earning from the order before final payout processing.
Your fulfilment
This section is where you manage sending the order.
How to fulfil an order
- Prepare your item
- Pack it safely (protect from damage)
- Add tracking details if available
- Write a short note if needed (optional)
- Click Save fulfilment
Tracking (optional but recommended)
If you have tracking, add it. This helps:
- Customers feel confident
- Reduce messages asking “where is my order?”
- Protect you if something goes wrong in transit
Packing your item
Think about how your item arrives. This is part of the experience.
- Protect fragile items with padding
- Keep fabric items clean and dry
- Fold or present items neatly
- Add a small thank you note if you like
A gentle note
Your first order can feel exciting and a little nerve-wracking. That’s completely normal.
Just focus on care:
- Care in packing
- Care in sending
- Care in communication
That’s what people remember.
