This Vendor Agreement explains what sellers agree to when opening and running a shop on Nana’s Quest. It is here to protect makers, buyers, and the heart of the marketplace.

Let’s walk through the agreement properly

1. Your role as a vendor

As a Nana’s Quest vendor, you are responsible for your shop, your listings, your products, your customer communication, and your order fulfilment.

2. Seller responsibilities

  • Keep shop information accurate and up to date
  • Respond to buyer messages in a reasonable timeframe
  • Fulfil orders with care
  • Package items safely for delivery
  • Follow marketplace policies
  • Contact support if help is needed

3. Accurate listings

Every listing must describe the item clearly and honestly. Buyers should understand what they are purchasing before checkout.

4. Product suitability

Products should fit the handmade and artisan spirit of the marketplace. Unsafe, misleading, inappropriate, illegal, or counterfeit listings may be removed.

5. Shipping obligations

Vendors are responsible for shipping their own orders unless clearly stated otherwise.

6. Refunds and returns

Vendors must follow Australian Consumer Law and handle refund/return requests fairly and respectfully.

7. Fees and payments

Vendors agree to pay applicable platform and payment fees, and keep payout details accurate.

8. Intellectual property

Only upload content you own or have permission to use.

9. Conduct and community standards

Respectful communication is required. Harassment, threats, abuse, fraud, and off-platform fee avoidance are not allowed.

10. Privacy and customer information

Customer data must only be used for order fulfilment and handled with care.

11. Account safety

Use a strong password, keep it private, and report suspicious activity quickly.

12. Policy breaches

Nana’s Quest may remove listings, restrict access, hold payouts during review, or suspend accounts for serious or repeated breaches.

13. Agreement

By registering as a vendor and using seller tools, you agree to this Vendor Agreement and related marketplace policies.
